摘要(Abstract): In recent years there is much talk about the second quantum revolution which mainly refers to quantum computing, quantum teleportation/cryptography and quantum sensing. Quantum machines have also been mentioned in this context.Yet there are severe obstacles that prevent the realization of these goals. We have developed a universal approach to dynamical control that can help achieve these goals.
