摘要(Abstract):
Quantum metrology is a hot topic in cold atoms and quantum optics. It is now well established that, with the help of entanglement, the measurement accuracy can be greatly improved with respect to the current generation of interferometers that are using classical sources of particles. Since 2009, Quantum Fisher information plays an important role in this interdisciplinary field. In this talk, a brief introduction on Quantum metrology is presented highlighting the role of the Quantum Fisher information. We will discuss three recent works: i) A new method to generate hybrid-entanglement; ii) How to extract the Fisher information from experiment data is introduced; iii) An extension of entanglement criteria to continuous variables and experimental results.
