报告摘要（Abstract）：
It is well known that the fundamental limits in atom localization and optical microscopy is given by the wavelength of light. In this talk we shall discuss spectral methods that can get around these limits. We show how an atom can be localized in sub-wavelength region. We extend this method to show that sub-wavelength microscopy becomes possible.
